Delivery time

If you order on workdays before 22:00h, your order will be shipped the same day with PostNL.

This applies to delivery addresses within the Netherlands. Delivery addresses in Belgium and Germany apply; ordered before 16:00h, shipped the same day with DPD.

 

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders from € 100, -.  For orders under € 100, - shipping costs will be charged.

€ 4.95 for shipments to the Netherlands.
€ 6.95 for shipments to Belgium and Germany.

 

Payment method

 

You can pay your order with the following payment methods:

- iDEAL:

If you use internet banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank or the Triodos Bank, then you can pay with iDEAL.

- Afterpay:

Pay for your order after you have received and fit it.
You will receive an invoice from Afterpay by e-mail.

- Creditcard:

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

- Bancontact/Mister Cash:

Market leader in Belgium with electronic payments. Formerly known as Mister Cash.

- Giropay:

Online payment platform from German banks. Anyone with a German bank account can use this.

- Maestro:

Pay with your debit card. Enter your name, card number and expiration date.

 

Send back

If an article does not fit or it does not fulfill your expectations, you can return the item free of charge. For this you have 14 days after receiving the shipment.


For the Netherlands: there is a return label and a return form in the shipment. Add the return form to the package, stick the return label on the box and hand off your package at a PostNL point.

 

Have you lost the shipping label? Write the return number from the return form on the box. At the PostNL point they will print out the shipping label for you.


For Belgium and Germany: there is a return label and a return form in the shipment. Add the return form to the package, stick the return label on the box and hand off the package to a DPD parcel shop

Will you return the entire order? Then the shipping costs will be refunded.
When the total purchase amount after return is less than € 100, -, the shipping costs will still be charged. We deduct this amount from the amount to be reimbursed.
