Orders placed on workdays (before 22:00) will be delivered the very next day, if the shipping address is located in The Netherlands. Orders to Germany or Belgium will be send till 16.00 and shipped the same day. Order places from other countries within the EU will be shipped and delivered within approximately 6 workdays. After placing your order you’ll receive an e-mail with track & trace information, which enables you to follow your package at any time. This way you stay up to date and you’ll know when to expect your new products.

When one (or more) product(s) do not meet your expectations, or when the products don't fit, you are able to send the items back to dayz within 14 workdays after you've received the articles. Make sure you include the return form as well, as we need it to process the returned package. In case you've lost the return form or haven't received one, you may use this form and send it together with the articles. To return articles in the Netherlands, please visit a local postal service in your neighbourhood. Attach the return label to your package. In case you don't have a return label anymore, click here to download one. Return items in Germany of Belgium, bring your package to a DPD parcelshop, you will find your return label in your order.
