HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER AT DAYZ

Whenever you're finished filling your shopping bag with your favourite items, you are ready to go ahead and pay for them. We offer the following payment methods:

When paying by CreditCard you’ll be able to pay safe, secure and easy. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Maestro.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Orders placed on workdays (before 22:00) will be delivered the very next day, if the shipping address is located in The Netherlands. Orders to Germany or Belgium will be send till 16.00 and shipped the same day. Orders places from other countries within the EU will be shipped and deliveredn within approximately 6 workdays. After placing your order you’ll receive an e-mail with track & trace information, which enables you to follow your package at any time. This way you stay up to date and you’ll know when to expect your new products.

AM I CHARGED WITH SHIPPING COSTS?

When placing an order with a total amount of costs above €100,- we will not charge any shipping costs. Shipping costs will be charged for orders with a total amount below €100,-. The amount of shipping costs charged vary per country (this amount will be visible in the check-out). When your order initially has a total amount above €100,- but after returning items the total amount ends up below €100,-, shipping costs will still be calculated and charged afterwards.

AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

At dayz, we like to keep you up to date on the status of your order, so you know exactly when to expect your new items. After placing your order you’ll receive an e-mail with track & trace information. Whenever you have questions left, feel free to contact our customer service any time.

HOW TO SEND ARTICLES BACK TO DAYZ

When one (or more) product(s) do not meet your expectations, or when the products don't fit, you are able to send the items back to dayz within 14 workdays after purchase. We will send you a confirmation via e-mail as soon as we receive your returned item(s). We will refund your money within 5 workdays onto the same account which was used to pay for the order. To return articles, please visit a local postal service in your neighbourhood. Attach the returnlabel to your package. In case you don't have a returnlabel anymore, click here to download one.
